MBE and Florida essay/multiple-choice scores are each weighted 50% in order to determine if applicant has achieved a passing score. An average scaled score of 136 will be required. If applicant only takes one part of the exam, then a score of 136 or higher must be achieved on that part.
Applicants can transfer MBE scores attained in other jurisdictions provided the score meets the minimum passing scaled score of 136 and the score was attained within 25 months.
Florida does not provide for admission on motion. Examination is required of all applicants.
